Mosquitoes are not a problem. We have nice cool weather all the time, due to the altitude.  Periods of rain are usualy during the afternoons and vary from 1 to 3 hours.  It is indeed the land of the eternal springtime.

Directions: from Paraíso make a left at a road sign, taking road to Ujarrás Cachí. 150 feet after “La Casona del Cafetal” restaurant entrance, make a left. Go thru the town of Cachí and 1 mile up to the cabins.
